o 12 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.

o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Medical declinations accepted.

Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified float zone.
Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.
Education:
High School Diploma/G.
E.
D.
Required High School Diploma or GED Associate Degree Preferred Associate's Degree strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
RT (R) (CT) Required ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or State CT registry ARRT(R) with CT training.
BLS must be AHA.
