System Operator
SYSTEM OPERATORThe Upper Blue Sanitation District is seeking highly motivated individuals to be part of a successful professional team.
Position is open at trainee level and above.
Trainee position requires strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn wastewater treatment operations.
Experienced operators should possess a strong operations and maintenance background, preferably with tertiary treatment, collections system operations, and laboratory procedures.
A CDL class B or above with an N endorsement must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
A State of Colorado Class D wastewater operators license must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
The District has an excellent benefit package including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and employee housing.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
A pre-employment physical including drug screening is required.
