Job Description:
Experienced SALES SPECIALIST is required having Responsibility for the full sales life cycle, including cold calling, prospecting, qualifying potential customers, presenting to customers, negotiating and closing new business.
Required Skills:
Solid track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual salesgoals and quotas
Strong account management and growth experience
Strong client business development track record selling into mulifamily residential commercial real estate and large residential property management companies

years of current experience selling into large residential property management companies
Full sales life cycle experience (prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing and account management and growth)
Responsibility:
You must have a strong and solid track record of closing new business with commercial and large residential property management firms as well as growing the accounts that you were responsible for establishing.
This is primarily a new business development role where your goals, quotas and objectives are focused on 3 parts
Bringing in new business
maintaining existing business
growing existing business.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
