Engineering Technician:
This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the grounds, condos and common areas by performing tasks relating to repairs and improvements, hot tub maintenance, tool and equipment upkeep, fire alarms, guest requests, landscaping, snow removal and trash and recycling.
This position performs a combination of ?skilled work and manual labor.
$16.
00 per hour.
Room Quality Supervisor:
This part-time position ensures the highest level of overall room quality byperforming condo inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
Additionally, this position inspects all common areas, replaces inventory, reinforces policies and procedures, assists with staff training and feedback, delegates housekeeping and engineering tasks and helps keep staff accountable.
This position also handles the tracking of staff performance, engineering issues and replacement inventory as well as assists with schedules ?and performance improvement strategies.
$14.
50 per hour.
