SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the program manager to further Breckenridge Grand Vacations referral program through the real estate brokerage community. This position is also responsible for various administrative tasks within the Marketing Administration department.
Work with Broker Program Manager on cultivating relationships with brokers inside and outside Summit County to procure interest and referrals.
Support project marketing efforts and assist with planning and coordinator of lifestyle events. Help to create, maintain, and evolve a high level of customer service for the Referral Department.
Resolve challenges by giving consideration to what the owner, guest, colleague or vendor deems to be the appropriate solution.
Be proactive by solving potential challenges before they become problems.
Deliver prospect gift baskets to check in destination.
Travel to Colorado Front Range to meet with brokers.
Assist Broker Program Manager on any needed task and requests.
Enter client information into TSW tracking software.
Support project marketing efforts and assist in coordination of lifestyle events.
Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture, Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.
Be the "End of the Line" and resolve every situation inherited, not passing it along, whenever possible.
Follow up on any situation that is not fully resolved at the time of the initial request always giving consideration to what the guest or owner deems appropriate.
Strive to close the loop (alleviate or eliminate issues) on any situations that cannot be fully resolved.
Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all contacts, always being helpful and courteous.
Adhere to Company appearance standards at all times.
Attend and participate in company-wide training sessions and daily staff meetings focusing on sales techniques and tour/lodging availability.

Follow Company guidelines for environmental sustainability practices (recycling, composting and conserving resources) and participating in the Company's sustainability initiatives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE: Able to operate office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, phone and calculator. Entry level experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to operate a personal computer and accurately record time worked in the correct department using the Company time keeping system; ability to type by looking at the keyboard.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
