The maintenance worker will be performing guest calls for in room issues as well as assisting guests. This individual will be keeping the property clean and safe at all times inside and out. Additional job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



  • Shoveling in the winters

  • Landscaping

  • Picking up trash

  • Basic projects

  • Assist Level II and III with projects

  • Assist with construction and remodel projects


Job Requirements:



  • Must be able to work outside in cold weather.

  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

  • Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Must be able to work days and nights.

  • Must be able to have general knowledge of tools.

  • Able to assist and talk to guests.

  • Complete jobs in a timely manner.

  • Must be able to be flexible with schedule change, days and times.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
