Night Auditor

A Night Auditor with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for performing daily auditing and balancing procedures.

What will I be doing?

As a Night Auditor, you would be responsible for performing daily auditing and balancing procedures. Reconcile charges, performs back-up and close out procedures and generates reports. Process reservations, payments and performs period-end duties. Check guests in and out providing them information and additional services as needed. Issue keys, safe deposit boxes and processes payments. Work to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist as needed to ensure maximum inventory is available.

  • Must be able to work an overnight shift, any day of the week to include weekends and holidays.
  • Previous customer service, computer, basic mathematical skills required.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous basic accounting skills.
  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit clerk experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
