Senior Manager Product Marketing

Summary of Job:   Breckenridge Resort is looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to join their team. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is primarily responsible for driving the strategy to achieve the revenue goals for the different lines of business at the resort. This position will create and direct the plan to drive growth for the various lines of business at the resort, including Ski School, Hospitality, Lift Tickets, Mountain Dining, and other lines of business. The SR MGR of Product Marketing will also help develop and actively monitor key performance indicators for the resort's revenue centers, optimize tactics where needed, and work with various stakeholders to deliver the resort's revenue goals for these lines of business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience creating strategy to achieve business goals, must possess keen analytical insights, have accountability to KPIs, and deliver against performance metrics. The role incorporates a critical set of responsibilities that encompass directing strategy and execution to promote all elements of a guest vacation journey to guests who have identified the resort as their vacation destination. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator that is able to give and take positive feedback, as well as effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and prioritize workflow. He/she will have will have their hands in many different types of projects and be responsible for delivering results on-time in a very fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial, as well as the ability to delegate and inspire confidence in stakeholders to deliver upon the growth objectives of their line of business.   Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   Develop strategies to deliver revenue goals for various lines of business at the resort Grow penetration of product usage amongst guests Oversee development of the resort's annual business plan Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with key business leaders Track analytics, KPIs, and optimize tactics for performance. Direct creative and content teams to produce necessary creative and content assets Communicate performance metrics with stakeholders Provide day to day oversight of Sr. Specialist Partner with the marketing team on various other elements of fulfilling on overall marketing strategy and execution   Requirements:   Four-year college degreerequired. With an emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications preferred. Five years of marketing work experience. 3+ years of leadership experience in a marketing role Microsoft Office, Tableau preferred English required Excellent English language and writing skills. Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills. High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct. Self-starter, ambitious and multi-tasker. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
